Members’ details are retained for the duration of membership
Subscribers’ details are retained for the period in which a subscription has been paid
Other exhibitor’s details (non-members) are kept for up to 6 months after the end of an exhibition
Customers and print buyers’ details are retained by the SWE for no longer than 12 months after the date of a purchase
